For the first time in the domestic educational literature, extensive practical (applied) material is systematized ( business games, practical situations, tasks) in all sections of the personnel management of the organization: human resources labor activity, Personnel Management Methodology and Formation of the Organization Personnel Management System, personnel management strategy and staff planning in the organization, staff management technology and its development, personnel motivation management and its behavior, assessing the results of personnel activities and economic efficiency of project management of the organization.
To date, this is the most complete training manual intended for those who study the organization's personnel management problems - not only for students, graduate students of universities, but also for students of other levels and forms of training. It will also be useful to managers and specialists involved in the formation of the personnel management system and the organization management system as a whole.

The need for specialists with modern deep knowledge in personnel management is currently the most high in the management system of the domestic economy, and, first of all, in the organizations of its main link, where significant changes are occurring in the management of the organization as a whole and the personnel management system in particular. The main burden in the implementation of these changes are experts in personnel management, therefore, it is precisely how fully they are armed with such knowledge and, most importantly, how skillfully, they will effectively be able to apply them in practice, it depends on how organizations adapt to the terms and requirements of the market. And how they reach the goals.

It should be noted that the fundamental textbooks and monographs in the field of theory and personnel management techniques have been published. However, there remains a lack of educational literature illuminating the practical spectrum of personnel management issues capable of arming managers and those who are preparing to become professional knowledge and practical skills.

The proposed training manual contains business games, practical situations and tasks in all sections of the personnel management course. Its structure, which is important to emphasize, reflects the content of the textbook "Human Resource Management". Both of these labor is useful to consider as a whole (although each of them has an independent value). Therefore, when conducting classes under this workshop, it is necessary to use the materials of the textbook as guidelines.

In numerous works, he developed the concept and philosophy of personnel management in Russian conditions, deeply and comprehensively substantiated the organizational and economic principles and patterns of forming the personnel management system and personnel policy. Developed and implemented a methodology for functional and cost analysis in the field of personnel management. In the works of Kibanov A.Ya. For the period 1990 - 2014 under the guidance and with the participation of Kibanov A.Ya. The team led by the Department is a developer of state educational standards of higher professional education of all three generations in personnel management: 1st generation - a state educational standard for training in personnel management specialization in the framework of the specialty "Economics and Managing Production", and later - specialty "Management Management" (1992-1999); 2nd generation - a state educational standard for training in the specialty "Personnel Management" (2000-2016); 3rd generation - federal state educational standards of higher vocational education in the direction of training "Personnel Management" for undergraduate and magistracy (starting since 2011).

Works of Kibanov A.Ya. In the field of personnel management, widely fame. AND I. Kibanov - Author of 365 scientific and educational work with a total volume of over 1200 printed sheets, among other things: 19 monographs, 50 textbooks and textbooks (of which 7 textbooks and 4 tutorials With the vulture of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation), over 250 scientific articles. Under the teaching and methodological guidance of Kibanov A.Ya. The activities of the "Personnel Management" section of the Educational and Methodological Association on Management Education were carried out. The section unites more than 150 universities in Russia, students of students in the specialty and direction "Personnel Management".

Kibanov A.Ya. He was the chairman of the dissertation council on the protection of dissertations for the educational degree of candidate and doctors of science, a member of the two dissertation councils, a member of the organizing committee of a number of All-Russian and international scientific conferences.
