4. Rights
The head of the workshop (plot) has the right to:

3. Rights of the head of the workshop

2.2.33. Takes part in the investigation of accidents, occupational diseases and accidents, the development of preventive measures to eliminate their reasons, controls the implementation of the planned activities.
2.2.34. Organizes daily control over the state of labor protection in the workshop.
2.2.35. Takes part in the work of the Commission for Control over the Security Station of the Second Stage. Periodically (in the period established by the director of the company) checks the correctness of the operation of equipment, mechanisms, devices and tools, ventilation systems and instruments, heating and lighting systems, the presence and availability of fences, protective devices, alarms and other means of protection, condition of production and auxiliary premises.
2.2.36. Organizes the conduct of sanitary and technical certification of the workshop.
2.2.37. Considers at meetings with the participation of authorized on labor protection issues and at the working meeting of the state of labor protection, hears information on the state of working conditions in the workshop, disassembles individual violations of safety rules.
2.2.38. Collects and summarizes the comments and offers of workers, masters on labor protection issues; Develops based on them, taking into account the certification of objects, concrete measures to improve and improve working conditions, raising the level of safety of labor and submits them to the Director of the enterprise to enter into a plan for comprehensive measures to improve the conditions and safety of labor, organizes timely execution of planned activities.
2.2.39. At the time being, it informs the management of the enterprise on the state of working conditions in the workshop, on the performance of work on improving the conditions and safety of labor, the fulfillment of orders, instructions and regulations.

3. Rights

3.1. The head of the workshop has the right to:
a) stop the work technically faulty, with the completed service life and testing of equipment, inventory and instrument;
b) to give instructions on termination of work in the workshop in cases of violation of the rules of safe operation of equipment, creating a threat to the life and health of employees;
c) remove employees from the work that violate the rules of safe maintenance and repair of equipment;
d) remove from the work of workers who are in a state of alcoholic or drug intoxication;
e) Submit to the Director of the enterprise proposal to bring to the responsibility of malicious violators of labor protection rules, as well as the promotion of workers who contribute to improving the state of labor protection in production.

4. Responsibility

4.1. It is responsible for the fulfillment of the duties assigned to it.
4.2. It is responsible for the implementation of planned tasks on time, the rhythmic release of high-quality products, the effective use of basic and circulation funds.
4.3. It is personally responsible for creating safe and healthy working conditions in the workplace in the workshop, the implementation of integrated activities to improve the conditions and safety of labor towards its activities.
4.4. For violation of laws and other regulatory legal acts on labor protection, the creation of obstacles in the activities of officials of state supervision of labor protection, as well as representatives of trade unions, their organizations and associations, the head of the workshop can be involved in disciplinary, administrative, material, criminal liability in accordance with law.

5. Relationship
5.1. In his work obeys the director of the enterprise.
5.2. Coordinates the work of masters and workshops.
5.3. Manager workers shop.
5.4. It interacts with the personnel department on the organization of timely passage of workshops of preliminary and periodic medical examinations.
5.5. It interacts with the supervisory authorities for labor protection, the environment, fire supervision, SanEpidstation on the creation of healthy and safe working conditions in workplaces in the workshop.
5.6. For labor protection issues, the head of the shop organizes and controls the implementation of the prescriptions and requirements of the state supervision authorities for labor protection, the labor protection service of the enterprise in the direction of its activities.
