Now we need to deal with re-delivery. There were no violations on my part, according to clause 6.9. Next, I am interested in clause 6.10 - was there a violation on the part of the seller or were there force majeure circumstances? I tell the courier that I will decide on a re-delivery date and inform the operator when she will call me back later. And he (the courier), when he delivers my order again, will bring confirmation of this very force majeure. In his case, this is any document issued by a traffic police officer during an accident. Then I pay for the delivery without talking. If there is no confirmation, then the store will be obliged to follow the rule assigned on their website, by their own administration. The courier's response: “What will I bring you? I just crashed into a bump stop. Shall I bring you a photo of my car, which is parked in the yard?” Here I was speechless... When I came to my senses, I answered, what are the guarantees that this will be a photo of the exact car on which the delivery was made? In response I heard a sarcastic chuckle. When the operator called back, I conveyed to her the conversation with the courier and said that I had great doubts about the veracity of the events, so I would like to receive free delivery or confirmation of the presence of force majeure. The girl said that free shipping impossible, but they are ready to do a great benefit for me - to deliver the order on any day convenient for me, but only on weekdays. A few days later, the courier calls me on my mobile phone, without any warning, and says that he is now in my area and can deliver the order for the same delivery cost. I told him that at the moment I was on the other side of the city and could not accept the goods at the indicated address, especially with the unfulfilled delivery conditions specified on the website. What a madhouse!

Nobody called me anymore. I did not do anything with the placed order in my personal account. And when I came in a couple of weeks later, I saw that it was “not paid” and “canceled.”

Moreover, no one notified me about this. This means that there is yet another violation of the rules invented by the IM admins:

They pretended to be fools: “But your order was never delivered?” It is known that you need to be patient with patients. That's what I did. She calmly replied that nothing was delivered, that in my personal account the status of the order was changed without my knowledge, although I did not refuse it. The madam who called promised: “We will sort it out.” They are still figuring it out. Obviously, you should wait for the next call when there is another magnetic storm.
For me, Beautydepo no longer exists. Fuck him!

I often saw discussions of this store on perfume forums, and after reading the reviews I decided to place an order. The first thing that alerted me was that 3 (!) days passed from the moment the order was placed to delivery, and I only had this order for 2 items. Well, okay, I thought, it’s not a gift for me, it doesn’t seem to burn, I’m waiting. And I still had to wait 2 days! On the first day they told me that their car didn’t have time to get to Moscow, we’ll deliver it tomorrow, the next day, closer to 5 o’clock, my patience couldn’t stand it and I had to hotline I called the courier and only then did he deign to inform me that he didn’t have time to get to my address and would deliver it tomorrow. Here I already caused a scandal and finally got my order at the beginning of 11 pm! They don’t have delivery intervals, I had to practically sit at home for 2 days and wait for the courier. It took a week to deliver to Moscow - in my opinion this is too much. Such delivery discourages all desire to place more orders, no matter what positive sides Do you remember how you simply throw 2 days out of your life and sit and wait...

I placed an order, left a phone number, the operator called back only after 2 hours, for a store of this level this is a very long time, the client may change his mind. After the call I confirmed the order, the perfume arrived to me in 4 days. As far as I can tell, they brought me very good perfume. The aroma is persistent, although slightly different from what I remember. But enough time has passed for me to forget. So I can say that the store is responsible and offers quality products. The site is very simple and informative. And payment (I was especially attracted to this) can be done by any means: via a bank card, online money or cash to the courier.
My parcel took 2 weeks, the track was tracked. Finally, I received it. There was a subtle aroma from the packaging itself. Wow! All the bottles and vials were packed very securely, everything was just wrapped around them. All came originals. There is no doubt about it. The quality is excellent, no one but me opened them. There was an invoice in the box because I made an advance payment. I like the store, one of the affordable and rare in assortment.

And after 2 days the parcel went to me in Yaroslavl. Among the proposed delivery options, I chose the cheapest and longest - Russian Post. She was in Yaroslavl in 4 days.
I bought this perfume a long time ago, but I can’t confuse its scent with anything else. So it would be difficult for me to be fooled by a fake. Fortunately, the store sent a quality product and I am very pleased with the purchase itself.
If we summarize these 2 times, I made the following conclusion: the service (assembly and delivery speed) largely depends on the availability of goods in the warehouse, and it is better to clarify this point with the manager several times.

This is sometimes very convenient. Usually the order is prepared one day in advance, sometimes a little longer if it happens during the holidays. But if there are delays, the consultant operator always calls back, apologizes for the wait and offers a gift of choice as an apology. Usually something small.
The store isn't bad if you know what you're looking for. The cost is even better than in RGosh or Etoile, in general, I like everything here. The only negative, again I repeat, is the assortment. I would like to have more skincare and decorative cosmetics in stock so that I don’t have to wait long for delivery.

Finally, they called me from the site and informed me that they did not have the ordered eau de toilette in stock, they offered to wait, and promised to send it as soon as they had it. They called two weeks later and said that they did not have these perfumes (although it was written on the website all this time that they were in stock) in any of the warehouses, and it was unknown when they would arrive, but in the end they returned the money. They waited for about a month, they didn’t send anything, well, at least they returned the money.
