Father Frost chose the northern city of Veliky Ustyug for his settlement - a city of white stone churches, nature of indescribable beauty, a city of discoverers and explorers, a city of golden hands of craftsmen and folk crafts, a city reserve, an Orthodox city. In this ancient city of Veliky Ustyug, on the banks of the Sukhona River, in a pine forest, Father Frost built himself a patterned mansion. All year round a fairy tale lives there and awaits you! Veliky Ustyug - the birthplace of Father Frost

In the very center of Veliky Ustyug there is a beautiful wooden tower. This is Santa Claus Mail. This is where all the letters addressed to Santa Claus come, and his assistants sort them out and help send Happy New Year greetings to all corners of not only Russia, but the whole world. Anyone can go to Santa Claus's Post Office and prepare a congratulatory message to their friends and family at any time of the year, and the fairy-tale helpers will send it exactly at the specified time.

And we are heading to the northern forest. Very close to Veliky Ustyug, on the banks of the Sukhona River, right in a pine forest, is the estate of Father Frost. Here we begin our journey into a fairy tale.

Carved gates lead into the domain of Father Frost.

Entering the carved gate, we see a pillar with signs.

Here you can meet characters from familiar fairy tales.

We are waiting for a meeting with characters from the fairy tales of A.S. Pushkin “...The spruce tree grows in front of the palace, And under it is a crystal house; There is a tame squirrel living there, what an adventure..." "...There is a green oak near the Lukomorye; A patched chain on that oak tree: Day and night, the learned cat keeps walking around on the chain...”

We are heading to the magical clearing of the Twelve Months. There is a fire here, and each month has its own throne.

You can look into a magical well that gives strength and health.

This magical path led us straight to the house of Santa Claus. And this house is extraordinary, a real tower. Santa Claus lives and works in it. It is called the patrimony of Father Frost.

In your office, Santa Claus reads your mail and writes Happy New Year greetings. Santa Claus is resting on a magnificent carved bed with feather feathers.

There is also a dressing room for Father Frost. And in the very center of the mansion in the throne room there is a real throne of Father Frost, on which you can sit and make a wish. And it will definitely come true, because this throne is also magical.

The patrimony of Father Frost never ceases to amaze and delight with its miracles. Not far from Moroz's house, a real Winter Garden was built. That's it real beauty! It’s like you find yourself in summer in the middle of winter. Here, overseas plants, fountains under a carved bridge, and parrots greet guests. This beauty is a must see.

In the Santa Claus Zoo you can meet animals, chat with some of them, pet them, ride in a horse-drawn carriage or ride on a donkey.

So our journey through the estate of Santa Claus ends. And it’s time for us to prepare for the most magical holiday - the New Year.
