SPSR is a disgusting company.

I will absolutely support it. We receive a lot of documents through them for work. Delivery paid by courier. Usually delivery happens like this - “well..this is delivery. We have this..there are no free couriers, you come to us, pick up your letters.” The hell is their office, the opening hours are inconvenient, they are rude and inappropriate. For the money we paid, we also go to them and get paid delivery! But receiving someone else’s mail for us is in the order of things. Not receiving something of your own and hearing “there are many of you and we are alone, well, we made a mistake, what’s wrong” is an ordinary event. Rotten office. Russian Post is darling compared to them.

On Sunday they called from a Moscow number (I’m in St. Petersburg), they already had a working address written down, they clarified everything in more detail and said. that they will deliver on Wednesday.
The courier called this morning. I clarified again, then called when I arrived.
In general, everything is quite adequate.... however, the number of calls is somewhat too large)))

What a score. They were supposed to bring it to me that Friday too, but... I was at work, so I called them and made an appointment for work on Monday. On Saturday the courier called and said that his car broke down on Friday, so he was ready to deliver it today (no one canceled my order for him), but not to the address where I was at that moment. On Sunday, 2 more orders arrived in St. Petersburg, and on Monday we agreed that all 3 orders would be delivered on Tuesday. On Tuesday they called and said that the orders would not be delivered and we once again agreed to postpone the delivery to Friday. Today (Friday) I see that my orders have not been delivered to the courier, but hotline this was confirmed. I found out that my orders were in the office on Parnassus, I wanted to pick them up myself on the weekend (the operator said that they would work on weekends, but the website says that this office is not open on weekends) I can’t reach the office in St. Petersburg, in Moscow They can’t say for sure. Wrote to them on soap [email protected], but from there the letter comes back.
This is express delivery.

calm down please. no one needs your data.

Yes, I'm completely calm. That’s exactly what they are not needed and there is no need to scatter them left and right.

Omni said:

and yes. the most important. It was you who came to them, not they to you.

Why did you decide this? I ordered an item with default delivery. I don't sell or ship anything myself. I have no relationship with these “postmen”, I only have a relationship with the seller.

within what framework the office is placed, within that framework it operates

In this situation, I don't care. this is the first.
second - your point of view on the issue of mailing my personal I voiced the personalities. He also voiced that if someone thinks differently, it’s his choice.
Here's a quote for those who missed it:

point 5. why?! scatter your documents to everyone in a row, if you don’t have to do this?

Ps to distribute/not to distribute is a purely personal matter for everyone. Personally I try to avoid.

The third thing is that in order to receive the shipment it is not at all necessary to transfer your personal data to whom I have proven practically. those. in fact, this is a working method for other shopaholics who do not want to send their data to “postmen”.

I ordered an item with default delivery

That is why you yourself chose this type of delivery. Delivery is an integral part of the order. If you are not satisfied with the delivery, then it is better not to order at all.

Yesterday I was able to talk with an employee of the local office. They are all shocked by the number of parcels, it’s just hell there. There are no complaints about the operators, but from St. Petersburg it’s generally 5+, but you can’t get through to them.

"bass, start all over again".....what are you trying to convince me of? is it necessary to distribute pesdata to everyone who asks? To this I have already expressed my purely personal opinion. and showed how this can be avoided in this particular case with spsr.

On Monday, after a week of waiting for the courier, I went to SPSR myself. They really have problems there (specifically at the SPSR warehouse in St. Petersburg on Parnassus), but they are not related to the large workload of the warehouse, but to the work of the employees themselves. Everything happens lazily, imposingly and without any haste. Parcels from JD no more than 30%. They spent about 40 minutes searching for my 3 parcels, not counting registration. The track numbers and JD order numbers did not suit them, I myself had to go to the Internet and look for the SPSR assignment numbers.
Several other people were waiting with me (and the orders were not from JD): they managed to send one home with nothing; another was persistently assured of the following:
-if the operators said that you can come today to pick up your order, this does not mean that you can receive it today;
- SPSR warehouse employees have nothing to do with SPSR operators;
-Today we won’t find your order, but we’ll take an inventory tonight and deliver it to you tomorrow.

There is no security, I wandered around the hall for 40 minutes with a bunch of other people's parcels. Sometimes only clients remained in the hall. Those. you could calmly take someone else’s orders and leave. If I had not picked up the orders myself, I don’t even know when they would have been delivered. And the most interesting thing is that by the evening the following statuses appeared for all my orders: “Item has left the SPSR office”, “Item has been issued to the courier for delivery” and “Item has been delivered”.
During my student years, I worked in the warehouse of the largest sports network in Russia (even sort of the largest in Europe), and I know perfectly well how a warehouse should work, where today a mountain of goods arrived, and tomorrow some of this plus something else should already be dispersed to others places. A warehouse is, first of all, order and organization. In the SPSR this is not even close. Who is to blame for this? Weak management, lack of qualified personnel or small space, but certainly not a pile of packages from JD. JD knew the volume of goods put on sale from delivery SPSR. I doubt they withheld this information from SPSR.
The bottom line is that SPSR is not only not an express service, it is not a delivery service at all.

  1. Orders are delivered by couriers within 2-3 working days after the order is ready, from 10:00 to 19:00, using a car, as well as public transport (in Moscow - only within the Moscow Ring Road).
  2. The day before delivery, from 9:30 to 19:00, a preliminary agreement is made with the client on the date, time and other details of delivery. If the client has not confirmed his consent to receive the order, an “Order Refusal” is issued.
  3. Attention! Delivery of orders is also carried out on Saturdays (UPON FILLING IN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS WITH THE COMMENT “HOME ADDRESS”).
  4. When agreeing on delivery details, the client must describe in detail (at the courier’s request): how to get to the specified address using public transport; the procedure for passing through access systems (in office centers, for example), entrance intercoms, etc., as well as additional telephone numbers for communication.
  5. If a sales receipt is required, then after placing an order you must notify us about this using the feedback form.
  6. If the desired time for receiving the order does not coincide with the capabilities of the courier, delivery will be postponed to the next day or to another date - by agreement with the courier.
  7. If within 3 working days courier service it is not possible to contact the client, an “Order Cancellation” is issued.
  8. The client must prepare money in advance to pay for the order with delivery by calculation: couriers do not carry change.
  9. The client's waiting time for the courier upon arrival at the specified address does not exceed 10 minutes. After this time, the courier informs the dispatcher about the impossibility of making delivery and proceeds to deliver the next order.
  10. When receiving an order from the courier, make sure that it is your order. If you ordered photo prints, please ensure that the number of photographs received matches the number indicated on the envelope.
  11. The courier does not have the authority to perform any actions with the order other than receiving payment in full. In case of dissatisfaction with the execution of the order, the client has the right to refuse the order only until payment is made, or to purchase it “as is” without the right to make claims.

Included in price courier delivery includes:

  • delivery one completed order;

    If several orders are placed on the same day, then delivery of each paid separately.

  • outgoing call from the courier department to coordinate the time and procedure for transferring the order;
  • using a car or metro and ground transport around town;
  • Waiting for the client at the specified address for up to 10 minutes.

The courier has the right to refuse a delivery request in the following cases:

  • if its execution involves a risk to his life or health;
  • if this entails a violation of applicable laws, rules, regulations local authorities or administrations;
  • changes by the client to previously agreed delivery conditions, including its time and place;
  • if the delivery address requires walking for more than 10 minutes.

* Delivery of each order not exceeding 5 kg is paid separately.
